How BioRest® will work for you After exhibiting at the AABB CTTXPO and speaking with people from all over the world who are involved in the drawing or collection of blood and blood products, there is one common denominator...almost everyone uses whatever they can find to place under the arm to perform a venipuncture. As you can tell by the picture below featuring the young lady, the arm needs to be propped up before the procedure can begin. As you can also tell by the other photos, the same situation will occur. Some donor centers use blankets, some towels, some use pieces of foam rubber, or whatever they can find. This is why the BioRest® is a "must have" at all donor lounges, whether they are fixed or mobile. Please note the photo at the bottom and how the BioRest positions the arm for a perfect "stick". Further, with the non-slip base of the BioRest, once it is positioned on the armrest of a donor lounge it will stay there. |
